DFE-530TX and Debian Kernel 2.2.4

my network adaptor doesn't work.

I have a server (AMD K6-2 350Mhz), running Debian Kernel 2.2.4. My network
adaptor is a D-Link DFE-530TX (10/100) PCI (UTP connection only).  It's
settings are : io=E000H and irq=12, but modprobe tells me the resource is
buzzy.  I'm using tulip.o as a module for my network adaptor.

Can anyone solve this problem?
