21143 on Redhat 5.1 after upgrade from Redhat 4.2

Hi everybody,

I'm having this particular problem.
After upgrading from Redhat 4.2 running Kernel 2.0.30 to RedHat 5.1,
kernel 2.0.34 right from Redhat CD on Pentium Pro 200 Digital Intel
Server, the card just do not want to work any more.

I have put in options=0 debug=1, in conf.modules, & no help at all.
Can anybody give me any clue ? Do I need to compile the module from the
tulip.c?
