[tulip] Linksys 10/100 Card

Although the failure to load the tulip driver is evident on screen during
bootup it is not referenced in the dmesg file.

I checked for the /proc/pci directory and could only find /proc/bus/pci. in
this directory is a 0 byte file named devices and a folder 00.

You should look just after trying to load the driver.

You should also verify that you have a ADMtek AN985 chip by looking in
/proc/pci.
